What We Are

The Star Apple Foundation Inc., organized in the State of Florida, is a Public Charity under IRC 501(c)(3) as determined by the Department of Treasury Internal Revenue Service(IRS).

The Star Apple Organization is a registered non-profit organization and is incorporated as such under THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE BAHAMAS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS ACT, 2019.

Mission

StarApple.World is dedicated to the economic empowerment of women and the development of the youth in the underserved communities of the Bahamas to achieve their full potential and realise the benefit of their individual rights and gender equality. Economic empowerment is the ability for women and the underserved communities of the Bahamas to participate equally in existing markets; their access to and control over productive resources, access to decent education and work, control over their own time, lives and bodies; and increased voice, agency and meaningful participation in economic decision-making at all levels from the household to international institutions.

Vision

That in the course of human events, economically empowered women and the development of the youth in the underserved communities of the Bahamas having fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual will participate with just* access and free choice in the building and development of an abundant nation.
